This Policy applies to all products and services provided by SGMall Shop and its affiliates that reference this Policy, including but not limited to the App, website and mini-programs.

Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

You may request account cancellation via the App: Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. Upon successful deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data except where retention is required by law.
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data of a child without consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete such data.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
If you are using our Services from outside Vietnam, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Vietnam and other jurisdictions. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers and processing in accordance with this Policy.
